Nandini Sane is a Member in the Houston office of Cozen O'Connor, where she advises and represents employers on a wide range of labor and employment law matters. She is Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, a distinction earned by a limited number of Texas attorneys. She counsels employers on complex workplace issues, including employee relations matters, workplace investigations, disability accommodations, leave management, policy development, and compliance with federal and state employment laws. She also represents employers in litigation before state and federal courts and administrative agencies.
